Improve your movement and reduce effort with a one-on-one Functional Integration® Lesson from Kinetic Quest! Together, we will explore a movement journey that will guide you to new distinctions about your movement patterns. Functional Integration® is the hands-on aspect of the Feldenkrais® method, helping you discover new movement patterns to benefit your body by directing your curiosity. I will act as a resource, using my awareness and understanding of formative movement patterns to help you use more of yourself, spreading effort proportionally across different body parts, and move in a way that is more congruent. You'll learn to move with greater ease and efficiency, as we empower you to become an active participant in your own recovery. Seize control of your destiny today!
